FAQS
Questions about what it’s like to work together?
Here are some of the most common questions I get from people about therapy. If you don’t see your question answered below, contact me.
-
No — we’re both a licensed therapy practice and a creative wellness brand. We offer therapy sessions, workshops, creative projects and free resources— all built around healing and wholeness.
-
We work with adults and teens in Kansas (in-person in Wichita and virtually across the state) who are navigating complex trauma, racial identity, spirituality, and self-discovery.
-
Yes. While therapy services are for teens and adults, kids can engage with our creative tools — like The ABCs of Me coloring book, which will release in the spring, as well as other resources that will follow. These projects are designed to teach emotional intelligence and belonging through play.
-
We integrate evidence-based therapy (like IFS and somatic practices) with creative, culturally rooted, and story-based tools. We don’t just sit and talk — we work with your nervous system, your identity, and your imagination.
-
We offer workshops like Right vs. Wrong (for kids and adults on perspective-taking), and Color Me Father (for fatherhood, identity, and parenting). More workshops are in development as our community grows.
-
Start small. Try a free resource, browse our projects, or schedule a consultation if you’re ready for therapy. Every offering at Color & Grow Wellness is connected — whichever path you take, it leads toward wholeness.
