Coloring the path to growth — where therapy, creativity, and wholeness meet.

What is Color & Grow Wellness?

Color & Grow Wellness is both a therapy practice and a creative wellness hub.

At our core, we provide individual therapy for adults and teens navigating complex trauma, spirituality, and racial identity. But beyond the therapy room, we design creative tools, workshops, and resources that help people connect to themselves, their families, and their communities.

We’re not just about coping. We’re about creating — stories, spaces, and systems where healing is possible and wholeness is honored.

Why Our Work Matters

Because too many people grow up without ever being told their feelings matter.

Because kids of color rarely see themselves in the stories that teach healing.

Because parents often carry wounds they never had space to name.

Because trauma teaches survival, but rarely leaves room for joy.

At Color & Grow Wellness, we believe therapy should feel human, creative, and rooted in belonging.

Our work matters because healing doesn’t just change individuals — it ripples out to families, communities, and generations.

When you heal, you don’t just change your own story. You create space for those who come after you to color theirs more freely.

Wholeness at the Center

Every offering we create points back to a single thread: wholeness.

  • In therapy, that means meeting every part of you — even the ones you’ve hidden.

  • In creativity, that means tools like coloring books and workshops that teach kids (and grown-ups) how to feel, name, and express.

  • In community, that means building spaces where identity, heritage, and voice aren’t just welcomed — they’re celebrated.

No matter where you start, the goal is the same: to help you live a life where you don’t just survive — you belong, you breathe, and you become.
